When “Good Data” Goes Bad….
i just had a really funny experience, with good data that is… i just thought i’d pass this along. i “friended” my wife who just got a facebook account. facebook decided that “we were just married” and updated my status to say something like: “daniel linstedt is married to julie linstedt” that’s all well & good, but i’ve been married to julie for over 16 years. one of my friends “congratulated” me on my new status… the problem is: the data is good, but the assumption the software algorithm is using is bad. facebook should have never updated my status for me, especially in this way… anyhow, it’s just a funny life story that i thought i’d pass along. if you have something funny you’d like to share, i’d love to hear it, and don’t forget to like my facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/datavaultalliance (flexible scalable dw design)
waiting to hear your funny story….
cheers,
dan linstedt

Congrats with the marriage 16 year ago Dan.
25 years ago I had an experience with A Really Bad Address.
Don’t knock it Dan, just think of all those lovely wedding gifts you’ll be receiving!
