Business Aspects: Real-Time Information Flow

I’ve written a new article about the real-time information process for business intelligence.  This one is aimed at business users, and IT leads/VP’s and execs etc…  It covers some interesting points about real-time projects at a high level, some risks and mitigation strategies that may help your project become what it needs to be.  All this talk of operational BI, and real-time systems got me to thinking – so here’s the article to share and enjoy.  As always, provide me with comments and feedback about the article, what you like and don’t like and what you’re curious about and I’ll see if I can’t construct something new.

Enjoy the article.  It’s in PDF format, and free to distribute.
